How perfect that Valentines Day fell on Monday this year? So...we had an "I Love You!" Family Home Evening.
We made sugar cookies earlier in the day and took some to dad at work. We also made him some big heart Valentines and decorated them to put on his office door...I forgot to take pics of them. Whoops.
I think this has become a tradition...we did the same thing last year for dad. I actually did something similar for our first Valentine's Day...I "heart-attacked" his locker at work while he was asleep b/c he worked that night. It was fun.
Then that night after dinner we decorated some more sugar cookies while we talked about who we love in our family and how we show them we love them.
Shordy was loving the decorating part...and the eating part was especially fun. :)
I love watching Tiny peeking around her brother to look at me with the camera. Makes me smile.
So...it was a fun Valentines Day.
Yeah for "I Love You!!" FHE!!!
