Not sure what she's supposed to do w/ the straw in her mouth. |
Now she's not sure what to think of the fuzzy feeling making her eyes water. |
Now she's got the hang of it... |
Licking up the parmesean cheese I put on the napkin...just glad he's not licking the salt shaker. |
We decided to go to dinner this particular night after one of Shayne's basketball games, and so we went to our family favorite, St. Elias. They have the best stone-fired-pizzas there...the best.
And they have homemade rootbeer...and of course dad had to make sure he was the first to give Tiny a taste...just like he did with her big brother. At least it's made in house w/o most of the nasty ingredients of regular soda...right?
She wasn't so sure of it at first but decided it was ok. She wasn't grabbing at the straw for more like her brother did, but she didn't hate it either.
Hopefully it's awhile before she gets another taste.
Her big brother, however, loves the stuff. He also likes to sample the parmesean cheese...what else are you gonna do to entertain a 3 year old while waiting for his pizza? I'm just glad we were able to keep him from licking the top of the salt-shaker. Yes...he's done that but don't tell Zack...the owner of the restaurant, whom we know. :)
