“The submission of one’s will is really the only uniquely personal thing we have to place on God’s altar. The many other things we ‘give’ … are actually the things He has already given or loaned to us.”

Friday, Oct. 9 - Kauai

Since it's -7 degrees outside right now, I thought I'd finish up my Kauai posts. However, I probably shouldn't...makes me dislike Alaska right now. :)

On Friday the 9th, we went to a Farmer's Market in Lihue. They have these every day in different towns on the island. It was raining, but warm, unusual for us Alaskans and Idahoans.

My dad successfully flirted with some older local women and got some yummy banana's. :)

I was just excited to see all the fresh fruit! Loved it!!!
